    Keep several personal or shared ledgers. Invite members and set what each one can do.

  • Bill photo reading

    Take a photo of a bill. Get biller, amount, billing month and due date as structured fields.

  • Statement import

    Import bank statements from CSV or Excel. Duplicates are detected and skipped.

  • Budgets, goals and net worth

    Recurring items, budgets, savings goals, investments and a net-worth view.

  • Pantry and warranties

    Add pantry items by typing, photo or barcode. Track appliance warranties.

  • Linked notes

    A notes workspace with [[wiki links]], a graph view, a tech wiki and code snippets.

How LifeHub uses Claude

Claude is becoming the reading layer

Bills, receipts and statements arrive as photos and files. Reading them into clean, checked records is the core job, and we are moving it to Claude.

    Capture

    A photo of a bill, receipt or pantry item; or a bank statement file.

  2. 2

    Understand In progress

    Claude vision and structured outputs will return clean JSON: biller, amount, period, dueOn. ROC years become Gregorian dates.

    Bill reading works in the beta today. Moving it to Claude is in progress.

  3. 3

    Review & save

    You check the fields and save them to your ledger.

Household money is personal. Here is how LifeHub handles it. Details are in our privacy notice.

  • Your data is stored in LifeHub's own database on infrastructure we run. It is not sold or shared for advertising.

  • LifeHub's apps sit behind a single sign-in with role-based access.

  • Bill photos are sent to an AI provider to read the document.

  • API keys and secrets are kept on the server, not in the app.
